Out of an abundance of caution, I hired Mold Inspections to conduct an indoor assessment of our house. I was lucky to learn that there is no mold but in the process, Christian offered helpful strategies to keep it that way. I would highly recommend this firm and the tech, Christian.

Tim did a great job performing a home inspection for me, inspecting for mold and taking both air quality and water quality test samples. After the inspection Tim talked me through his assessment and clearly communicated details regarding mold formation, remediation, and how test samples are collected. I appreciated his experienced perspective and he took the time to educate me a bit more on mold formation in different parts of the house and factors that can affect it. Thank you Tim.

Tim is incredible!!! Very thorough, very knowledgeable and explains everything he’s doing. I wouldn’t wish mold issues on anyone, but if you’re dealing with that, I highly recommend having him come out!!
