Christian was our inspector and he was punctual and polite. He was thorough with his inspection and answered all of my questions. The pricing was provided up front, so there were no surprises. We won’t have a full report for a few days, but, for a small fee, they are able to expedite results so we can receive a verbal report before Christmas. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and am hopeful that the kind of mold that was discovered is not toxic.

Craig came to my house and was very thorough with his inspection, spending a lot of time way beyond quitting time. He was up in my attic (tough place to be) and was under the house for quite a while (I hate it down there. Cramped, dirty, and you have to crawl over concrete footings to get around). Very accommodating. Was able to get a rush inspection back on the mold in one week for the house we are buying .For we had to have it in for us to move forward on our house acceptance. Very good with clients, kind, respectful and walked us through the whole proses. Answering questions with much knowledge. Would recommend this company to friends and family. 

Tim was very upfront on what to expect from inspection and how things might proceed based on his findings. He also took the time to show me the readings directly from his equipment so there was no mystery as to where precisely we had issues.
