Christian was super knowledgeable and friendly. he answered all my questions about everything and explained everything he was doing every step of the way. he worked quickly and efficiently and even validated the smell that was coming from my vents that everyone else said wasn't there. highly recommend this company, very professional. extra points for him being nice to my pup :)

Michael came out with a colleague named Mark, who is from the office in Colorado. They explained what they were going to do. They answered our initial questions. They were both courteous and professional. They were thorough in there samples and at the end took time to explain what the next steps would be and answered our remaining questions.
