Right on time! That is very much appreciated. Explained the process he would use, listened to my explanation of the issues we've been experiencing. He fully explained what he was finding and why he was recommending sampling is some areas. Also explained that the final report would take a few days to be completed as they need the lab results. Very happy with him and the service provided.

I had Ian inspect my home and he was awesome! He did a great job finding all the mold in my home, documenting everything thoroughly, and even returning a second time when I needed more testing. He was a joy to talk with and was very rational and helpful during a scary time (finding mold has been a long journey that's affected my health significantly!). It was fine, not great. He showed up 30 minutes late without a heads up. The inspection was fine. He shared a lot of info some of which was helpful.

Gerry, was very personable, knowledgeable about his profession and spent a good amount of time exploring and explaining the mold issues in our home. He was very patient with us as we asked many questions.

Craig was great. He kept us informed of his arrival time, addressed every possible issue re the mold inspection, did all the appropriate tests. Craig is also very affable and efficient. We were impressed with everything about him.

Patrick answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. I was having issues with the payment methods with the bank I use and he was exceedingly accommodating. I would recommend him anytime.
