Ian arrived on time. He was professional and pleasant. He wore shoe covers to protect my floors. He found a crawl space I didn’t know existed and that’s where evidence of mold was found. This company was recommended to me by my PA. A human answers the phone. I recommend this company and Ian the technician.

Mark and his colleague Joseph were incredibly professional and courteous, well prepared and diligent. They did their job in an unobtrusive way such that I almost forgot they were in the house, even though the time demanded of the project was quite lengthy. Marc also brought to my attention many important details that he found during his inspection.

This is the second time we've worked with Mold Inspection Science and Steve. He is very knowledgeable and shares information on a layman's (me) level. Steve fully informs about the tests, what they mean, and mitigation choices. And... he's so much fun during what can be a stressful process.

Ian was super helpful, patient and thorough. He found potential mold in a new house that we were going to buy and helped us make our decision to walk away or not. He had all the right equipment and really took his time. I was actually kind of surprised. I recommend this company as they are certified and have insurance. Don’t take chances with your health. Mold almost killed me last year. Therefore, I am hiring Ian again next week!

Ian took his time to check our home for mold and water damage. He even fit us in for an additional swab on a busy day for him! After a horrible experience with another company, Ian helped us to feel more empowered with how to make our home safe again.

Very accommodating. Was able to get a rush inspection back on the mold in one week for the house we are buying .For we had to have it in for us to move forward on our house acceptance.
