First off I never write reviews but I just wanted to say our inspector Tim was absolutely amazing and definitely sent to us by God. He found the problem that we believe has been causing our daughters health problems and we are immensely grateful!

Patrick arrived as scheduled. He explained clearly how the process of the inspection was going to happen and the differences between the types of inspection choices I had as the inspection proceeded. Any questions I had were thoroughly answered. He worked very efficiently during the inspection. His friendly nature made him easy to talk to. I would definitely request his services in the future.
