They were thorough, kind and complete. However, months later I'm still thinking about the number of samples recommended and the pressure I felt to submit them. This is not a company to work with if you are in need of practical and concise recommendations on remediation. They are definitely performing very detailed work and provide ample explanation, but for our particular situation it ended up feeling like more was offered then necessary (reflected in the cost)
Grayson did a wonderful job with our inspection. She explained everything very well and was very thorough.
Mo performed two post mold remediation tests for us. He was meticulous, extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. It is obvious that he cares about his clients and goes above and beyond. Should we have the need for testing down the road he will be the first person I’ll call without question.

Mo did a great job of explaining everything he was doing during the mold inspection on our house. He was very friendly, polite, and professional. I hope I never have to have another mold inspection, but if I do, I’ll call Mold Inspection Sciences of South Carolina, and I’ll request that Mo be the one they send out.
