Tim thoroughly inspected the area of my living room I suspected had a mold issue. Christian was super knowledgeable and friendly. he answered all my questions about everything and explained everything he was doing every step of the way. he worked quickly and efficiently and even validated the smell that was coming from my vents that everyone else said wasn't there. highly recommend this company, very professional. extra points for him being nice to my pup :)
