Tim thoroughly inspected the area of my living room I suspected had a mold issue. He explained his process, advised on best course of action, provided next steps, and answered all of my questions-of-curiosity. He clearly takes his job seriously and cares about the service he provides. I never felt taken advantage of or feel that he was in the least dismissive of my questions. This business knows their stuff.
Frank was friendly and very informative. He took the time to answer our many questions and was ver accommodating to our needs and concerns. Bonus points for being super punctual!
