Craig came to my house and was very thorough with his inspection, spending a lot of time way beyond "quitting time". He was up in my attic (tough place to be) and was under the house for quite a while (I hate it down there. Cramped, dirty, and you have to crawl over concrete footings to get around). Everything was explained really well wrt what he found that was an issue. I thought I knew my house well after living in it for 30 years but Craig found issues that I was not aware of. Great...
