I have 30 years experience working for Lawrence Berkeley Lab so I am very familiar with scientific methods and he didn't leave me “wanting” or feeling he was anything less than professional and competent.
Garner showed up on time and ready to work. He spent about 3 hours thoroughly inspecting our property and taking samples that supported his detailed explanation of the problems that plague our rental.
