Brent did a thorough job of inspecting our home for water damage and potential mold. Due to his findings, we investigated certain areas further and did indeed find mold. We opened up an insurance claim and his report is helping to guide the remediation process. I would recommend him and MIS if you have suspicions of water damage.
My technician, Mr. Gerry, was on time despite a 3 hour delay due to traffic and pouring rain. He was professional and took the time to listen to my concerns. He was thorough and explained his process as he went from one area to another.
