Ian arrived on time. He was professional and pleasant. He wore shoe covers to protect my floors. He found a crawl space I didn’t know existed and that’s where evidence of mold was found. This company was recommended to me by my PA. A human answers the phone. I recommend this company and Ian the technician.

Christian was super knowledgeable and friendly. he answered all my questions about everything and explained everything he was doing every step of the way. he worked quickly and efficiently and even validated the smell that was coming from my vents that everyone else said wasn't there. highly recommend this company, very professional. extra points for him being nice to my pup :)

Mark and his colleague Joseph were incredibly professional and courteous, well prepared and diligent. They did their job in an unobtrusive way such that I almost forgot they were in the house, even though the time demanded of the project was quite lengthy. Marc also brought to my attention many important details that he found during his inspection.

Tim was very thorough, knowledgeable and he was also very informative. Tim is also a very nice guy…showed up right on time and explained everything that he did. We highly recommend him!

They were thorough, kind and complete. However, months later I'm still thinking about the number of samples recommended and the pressure I felt to submit them. This is not a company to work with if you are in need of practical and concise recommendations on remediation. They are definitely performing very detailed work and provide ample explanation, but for our particular situation it ended up feeling like more was offered then necessary (reflected in the cost)

Grayson did a wonderful job with our inspection. She explained everything very well and was very thorough.

Mo performed two post mold remediation tests for us. He was meticulous, extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. It is obvious that he cares about his clients and goes above and beyond. Should we have the need for testing down the road he will be the first person I’ll call without question.

Gerry was a very knowledgeable and a friendly inspector. The process was explained to me very clearly and it was performed without a hitch. Would highly recommend!

This is the second time we've worked with Mold Inspection Science and Steve. He is very knowledgeable and shares information on a layman's (me) level. Steve fully informs about the tests, what they mean, and mitigation choices. And... he's so much fun during what can be a stressful process.
