Craig has been great at breaking down the details and explaining everything in a way that makes sense. Dealing with water damage in your home is stressful, and its helpful to have someone who is professional and good at explaining. Unfortunately, didn’t go with them first and the first cmpany took the tests with the windows open. Wish I had started with MIS. highly recommend going with a company like this who doesn’t also do the remediation and offers an unbiased opinion.

Craig did a very thorough inspection of our home. He took the time to cover every part of the home and ensure his report was comprehensive and covered our concerns. The consultation following the report with Craig helped us make decisions on how to proceed in a safe and economical manner. We would ask for Craig for any future inspections that are needed.
